  Didn't want to come for the scheduled estimate without the husband home. Reluctantly, showed up 35 minutes late with no explanation and then refused to give me an estimate cause my husband wasn't present. Are you kidding me? Wanted to re-schedule. Since they were the last estimate we were getting and gave nothing in writing or verbal, we were unable to even consider them in our decision. Maybe they should re-consider the way they do business, my husband and I reviewed the ones that came out (without my husband here) and we chose one. My husband doesn't need to be here to get an estimate.
